BlockDesk Growth
Terms
Last updated 24 October 2026
These Terms apply to BlockDesk Growth at growth.blockdesk.io and its API (together, the "Service"), run by BlockDesk ("BlockDesk", "we", "us"). By creating an account, joining a campaign, applying as a partner or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
BlockDesk Growth connects Web3 projects with users, creators and media partners. Projects publish campaigns with tasks; users complete tasks and may earn rewards; BlockDesk reviews tasks and pays approved rewards manually in SYS. BlockDesk is not a broker, exchange, wallet provider, custodian, financial adviser or party to any agreement between you and a project.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions, or where taking part in campaigns or receiving crypto rewards is illegal for you. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
- One account per person. Bots, scripts, fake or shared accounts and multiple accounts are not allowed.
3. Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email, and you may turn on an authenticator app. Keep your email, devices and backup codes secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at blockdeskgrowth@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.
4. Campaigns, tasks and rewards
- Campaigns, tasks, reward amounts and eligibility rules are set by the project and approved by BlockDesk. We may change, pause or end any campaign at any time.
- Rewards are earned only when BlockDesk approves your task proof. We decide approvals at our sole discretion and may refuse, reverse or withhold any reward, including for suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, false proof or breach of these Terms.
- Rewards are paid manually, in SYS, to the payout address saved on your profile, on a schedule we choose. A reward shown as pending is not a promise to pay until it is marked paid.
- You are responsible for giving a correct address. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed; we are not responsible for rewards sent to an address you gave us, or for rewards you cannot receive.
- Crypto values change. We do not promise any reward will have, keep or reach any value. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.
- We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Anyone who does is not BlockDesk.
5. Projects
If you use the Service as a project, you confirm you are allowed to represent that project, that your campaign and its materials are accurate and lawful, and that you will fund the rewards you set. BlockDesk may refuse or remove any project or campaign. We do not endorse, audit or vouch for any project, token or website listed on the Service.
6. Media partners and creators
Applying as a partner does not guarantee a listing. If we approve you, we may show your name, type, links, focus and logo in the public partner directory, and we may remove a listing at any time. You confirm you have the rights to the logo or picture you upload.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit (task proof, photos, logos, links and other content). You give BlockDesk a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, show and use it to run and promote the Service. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexual, infringing or harmful, or anything containing someone else's personal data without permission. We may remove any content.
8. Things you must not do
- Cheat, manipulate tasks or rewards, or use automation to take part.
- Attack, probe, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or get around its limits or security.
- Impersonate anyone, or use the Service for scams, spam, market manipulation or anything illegal.
9. Third-party services
The Service links to and relies on services we do not control, such as projects' websites, X, wallets like Pali, blockchains and our hosting and email providers. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
10. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close any account, remove content or withhold unpaid rewards at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is needed to protect the Service, its users or BlockDesk. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
11. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
12. We are not responsible
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockDesk and its owners, team and partners are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or connected with the Service, including: losses of crypto, tokens, rewards, profits, data or opportunities; changes in token value; the acts, statements, tokens or failures of any project, partner or other user; hacks, scams or unauthorised access; blockchain, wallet, network or provider failures; mistakes in payout addresses; and delays, errors or downtime. This applies whatever the legal theory and even if we were told the loss was possible.
Where liability cannot be excluded, BlockDesk's total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the rewards we paid you in the three months before the claim or 50 US dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that by law cannot be limited.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover BlockDesk for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users. Using the Service after an update means you accept it.
15. General
If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up. You may not transfer your account or these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a business change. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and BlockDesk about the Service.
